Double doors open from the terrace into the spacious open plan apartment which has been comfortably furnished to a very high standard. The large Bedroom area has a Super King Size bed, chest of drawers and a free standing bath with views of the river! There is a separate shower room with WC, wash basin and heated towel rail. The Living area is furnished with sofa, comfy chairs, wall mounted Freeview TV and coffee table. The Kitchen area is equipped to a high standard and includes an electric hob and oven, fridge, dishwasher and good quality utensils. There is also a glass dining table and seating for up to four people.

This end of the town incorporates the Caffa Mill car and dinghy park, the Bodinnick Ferry landing slip and an access point to the river, for boat launching, (by arrangement with the Harbour Office). The property is situated only a ten minute stroll into the centre of town but has the great advantage of being accessible from the ‘back road' (Passage Lane) thereby avoiding the town centre traffic.
