There is a further shower room with WC on the ground floor.
Upstairs Bedroom 1, stylishly furnished, which has a double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and chest of drawers and has delightful views of Readymoney Cove, the harbour entrance, Polruan and the cliffs. The attractive recently re-fitted bathroom has a bath with shower over, WC, washbasin and heated towel rail. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and bedroom furniture.
There is an exceptionally pretty garden and a paved patio area which has wonderful views over the harbour entrance and a table and chairs for al fresco dining.Within the garden is a newly refurbished garden room with sliding patio doors where you can enjoy views of the estuary. Below the cottage just off the entrance pathway is a single parking space, a very rare feature in a town where parking is at a premium.
