See the Man Engine in Lostwithiel and St Austell

This 'man engine' depicts a miner and is the same height as a double decker bus when in crawling mode. However, when transformed, this mechanical puppet stands at over 10m tall.

During its journey from Tavistock in Devon to the far western point of Cornwall, the puppet will be accompanied by music, theatre and storytelling.

Lostwithiel - 27 July
St Austell - 28 July

Other places to glimpse this fantastic machine are Truro, St Agnes, Redruth, Camborne, Hayle, Penzance and St Just.
