The car park is a 5/10 minute level walk away and a weekly rover ticket can be obtained from the Tourist Information Centre.

Entering from street level the front door opens into the hallway with doors leading to all the rooms. The spacious open plan sitting room/dining room/kitchen has full length sliding doors leading out onto the decked balcony with outdoor furniture and delightful views of the river, ideal for alfresco eating or just relaxing while watching the ever changing activity on the river. The sitting room is comfortably furnished with 2 sofas, TV, DVD player and CD/radio. The modern kitchen is well fitted and equipped with an electric hob and oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and has good quality crockery, cutlery and glassware. Along the hall is Bedroom 1 with double bed, bedroom furniture, built in wardrobe, wash hand basin and double doors leading out onto the balcony with lovely river views. The shower room has large walk in shower, WC, washbasin and heated towel rail. Bedroom 2 has full size twin beds and matching bedroom furniture.
A laundry room is located within the building, although access is gained from the main entrance on the road, and provides a washing machine and tumble dryer which are free of charge. There is a payphone in the laundry room. Should you feel like a little exercise there is a communal table tennis room ideal for the younger members of the family.
The separate laundry room, games room, use of the kayaks, 'Square Rigglet' and boat house are shared by all four apartments at the Square Rig. All facilities in the boat house (which include kayaks and the 'Square Riglett' ) can be used when available, when tides are appropriate and entirely at guests own risk. These must not be taken outside of the estuary. A small selection of buoyancy aids are hung adjacent to the canoes, however bouyancy aids and life jackets can be hired locally. Children must be supervised in the boat house at all times.
