Steps lead up to the front door and opens into the hallway with doors to 2 bedrooms and stairs to the upper floors. Bedroom 1 to the front of the house has a king size bed. Bedroom 2 to the rear of the house, has twin beds with an unusual window setting with borrowed lighting to the rear (please note there is very little natural light in this room). Steps lead up to a large modern bathroom with bath, separate shower, WC and washbasin. From the hall a short flight of stairs leads to the open plan sitting/kitchen/dining area which consists of a modern well equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer and dishwasher, (The washer/dryer is situated in the outhouse), a dining area with dining table and chairs and at the lounge area which has 2 comfortable sofas together with a cast iron multi-fuel stove for added warmth on chilly evenings. Patio doors open out onto a secluded and sheltered decked area with patio furniture. Steep, shared steps from this level lead up to a lawned garden at roof height; with shrubs and a further decked area from which to enjoy the panoramic river, countryside and shipping activity below.
