Entering the house up a flight of steps to the front door, this leads into a spacious hallway. From the entrance hall up a short flight of stairs is the lounge, a light and very comfortable recently refurbished room with coal effect gas fire, large widescreen TV with Freeview, Blu-ray player, DVD, Playstation with games, DVD and Blu-ray library (containing many recent blockbusters), two large Laura Ashley sofas, ipod docking station and doors out to the balcony. Here the most elevated views of Helen House are at their most splendid, a wonderful place to watch the boats and yachts sailing in and out of the estuary. Wooden patio furniture & parasol are provided. A further flight of stairs lead to the newly refurbished spacious kitchen/dining room. Down a half flight of stairs from the entrance hall brings you to Bedroom 2 with a king size bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers, large Freeview LCD TV, DVD player and built in wardrobe. French doors lead onto the balcony with lovely views of Place, the town and garden & the estuary. Also on this floor is a newly refurbished luxury bathroom with large bath, powerful fixed head and hand held shower attachment, WC, electric mirror, large heated towel radiator and basin. Another half flight leads down to Bedroom 1 with newly refurbished luxury en suite power shower room with WC, electric mirror, wash basin, large heated towel radiator and under floor heating. This is a large room with king size bed, built in wardrobe, bedroom furniture, sofa, portable radio, Playstation 2, CD player and Freeview TV. French doors lead on to a good size patio looking out over the town and river. Patio furniture and a gas barbecue are provided. Also on this floor is a door to the integral garage where the tumble dryer is located. There is also a large shared garden which guests can use.
