Close to the town centre, yet set above the main street level, offering stunning views, a quiet location and a convenient position, Hanson House has everything you could require from a family sized holiday home . The accommodation consists of four large double bedrooms, spacious sitting room, kitchen and dining room with parking for two cars, garden, patio and balcony.

A £100 security deposit is required per week.

From the driveway the front door leads into the porch with coat hanging space and then into the hallway. There is a good sized kitchen with American style fridge/freezer, ceramic hob and electric double oven, dishwasher, microwave, four slice toaster and has a good selection of crockery, cutlery and cookware. The separate dining room has dining table and chairs with seating for at least 8 people.

The light, bright, ‘L’ shaped sitting room has a woodburner, ample comfortable seating, wide screen Freeview TV. Double doors lead out onto the spacious patio with garden furniture with lovely sea and river views from both the lounge and the patio. There is also a lawned garden to the side of the of the house with a barbecue.

From the sitting room and across the hallway is the ‘play’ room, complete with TV, sofa and armchair and comprehensive range of DVDs and a pool table. A flight of stairs lead to the Master Bedroom, with king-sized bed, bedroom furniture, ensuite shower room, balcony with patio furniture and stunning views. The second staircase (from the dining room at ground level) leads to the other three bedrooms. Bedroom 2 has twin beds, bedroom furniture and looks out over the front. Bedroom 3 has a kingsize bed with bedroom furniture and Bedroom 4 has a double bed plus a sofa/day bed, furniture, table football and also has lovely views. There is a further family bathroom with bath, separate shower, WC and washbasin.

Outside there is ample parking for two cars on the private drive and expansive views from the garden and spacious patio. The town is a few minutes’ walk downhill and access by car out of the town is easy, making this an ideal choice for a family holiday.

One small dog is accepted by prior arrangement only at a cost of £30pw. Please see Clause 6 of our Booking Conditions
