Situated in a peaceful cul-de-sac only a short walk from the town centre this property is an ideal choice for a larger family or two smaller families sharing.

From the drive, a few steps lead up through the garden to the front door which opens into a light, airy hall with doors leading to most of the rooms.

The spacious Sitting Room is comfortably furnished with a large leather sofa, matching arm chairs (all with reclining seats), wall mounted electric feature fireplace and Freeview TV with DVD player. The TV is set up with Wi-Fi so that guests can watch Netflix if required. Selection of books and games.

The Kitchen is bright and spacious with two large windows giving delightful views across the garden, a breakfast bar, 4 stools and wall mounted TV. The modern, fitted kitchen is well equipped and includes, double electric oven, gas hob, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and a good selection of crockery, cutlery and cookware. A door leads to the garden and patio.

The Dining Room has an extending table and seating for up to 8 people.

The sizeable Master Bedroom has duel aspect windows and is well furnished with King Size bed, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets, wardrobes with mirrored doors and wall mounted Freeview TV. Bedroom 2 has a 4ft double bed, bedside cabinet and wardrobe with views to the front of the property. Bedroom 3 has views over the garden,twin beds and is furnished with a wardrobe, chest of draws and bedside cabinets. Bedroom 4 is a pleasant room with a double bed and views across the garden. The Family Bathroom has bath, separate shower, WC, wash basin and heated towel rail. There is also a separate Shower Room with WC, wash basin, heated towel rail and large shower.

To the rear of the property is the pretty, large garden and patio with BBQ, table and chairs provided. One small, well behaved dog may be accepted by prior agreement with the owner.

There is a £30 per week charge for a dog and owners must ensure that their dog is not allowed in the bedrooms or on the furniture. Pets must not be left unattended at any time in the property. Please see Booking Conditions, Clause 6

Garden
The garden has several patio and sitting areas on different levels and the large lawn drops down onto one of the patio areas. Small children will need to be supervised.

We strongly suggest that you consider taking out Holiday Travel/Cancellation Insurance, as this is not included in your booking and you will not be covered should you have to cancel your holiday.
