On the upper levels is the spacious sitting room,
comfortably furnished with two large sofa's, 42" LED Smart TV, DVD player and a selection of DVD's to watch. The Infinity Unlimited broadband has 70mpbs. French doors lead out onto the balcony giving lovely views across to the river, the perfect place for enjoying warm balmy evenings watching the boating activity. On the
is the large modern kitchen/diner
which has a good size dining table and ample seating for at least 8 people. The kitchen
is very well equipped and includes a gas hob and double oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and has a good selection of crockery, cutlery and cookware.
One small dog is accepted by prior arrangement only at a cost of £30 per week. Please see Clause 6 of the Booking Conditions.
Children are welcome at the property but must be supervised at all times particularly on the balconies.
Please note, for guests who suffer with feather allergies we strongly suggest that you bring your own duvets & pillows as we cannot guarantee that polyester bedding is provided.
We strongly suggest that you consider taking out Holiday Travel/Cancellation Insurance, as this is not included in your booking and you will not be covered should you have to cancel your holiday.
