Ebb Tide is approached along a short pathway through the front, hedged garden. The covered entrance porch leads into a hall which opens in to the main living area
. There is a compact, modern, well equipped kitchen
with washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, gas hob and electric double oven with extractor fan over and has a good selection of crockery, cutlery and cookware. The living area has a dining table, four chairs, two large and comfortable leather sofas, wide screen TV, DVD player, music system. Doors open out onto a private patio garden with patio furniture. There is also a downstairs Cloakroom with WC and washbasin.
Upstairs is Bedroom 1
with double bed and Bedroom 2
with twin beds. Both these rooms have a pleasant outlook across the well-kept, communal gardens and over the town. There is also a shower room
with wash hand basin and WC on this floor.
One well behaved dog is acceptable by prior arrangement only and at a cost of £30 per week. Please see Clause 6 of the Booking Conditions.
Please note, for guests who suffer with feather allergies we strongly suggest that you bring your own duvets & pillows as we cannot guarantee that polyester bedding is provided.
We strongly suggest that you consider taking out Holiday Travel/Cancellation Insurance, as this is not included in your booking and you will not be covered should you have to cancel your holiday.
