‘Colbeh' is a delightful, detached property situated in the tranquil village of Golant, approximately 3.5 miles from Fowey. This spacious house has wonderful views from most rooms, ample parking for 3 cars, a delightful terraced garden and has the benefit of a large balcony/patio with panoramic views of the river and of course this charming village. This versatile house is ideal for the larger family as there is now an annexe providing a 4th double bedroom with en-suite facilities, this annexe is at an additional cost of £150 per week. Although the property is in an elevated position, once inside, the accommodation is all on one floor with no internal stairs.

The front door opens into a hallway with doors leading to all rooms. The large sitting/dining room is well furnished with dining table, ample seating, three sofas, TV, video, DVD and has the added benefit of an open fireplace with a wood/coal burner. Sliding glass doors give super views of the river and lead into a spacious conservatory with teak patio table and chairs, two seater sofa, rocking chair and lovely views of the village and river. From here further doors lead out on to the balcony, a wonderful place for 'alfresco' dining or just sitting with a morning coffee, relaxing and enjoying the peace and beauty of this charming village. From the conservatory a door leads into the fitted kitchen with electric hob, double electric oven, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and has a hatch through to the dining area. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, bath, WC, washbasin and heated towel rail. There is also a further shower room with shower, WC, washbasin and heated towel rail. Bedroom 1 has twin beds with matching pine bedroom furniture and views over the front garden. Bedroom 2 has twin beds matching furniture and views of the garden and across to the river. The Master Bedroom is large, light and spacious with floor to ceiling fitted wardrobes, king-size bed, bedroom furniture and fabulous views of the river and across the village.

Stairs from the hallway lead down to ground floor level where there is a separate annexe and Bedroom 4, with king size bed and ensuite shower room and games room with table football. The annexe is available for an additional charge of £150 per week.

Children are welcome, but must be supervised at all times particularly in the garden and on the balcony.

One/Two dog are permitted at this property by prior arrangement only and at a cost of £30 per dog per week. Guests must bring their pets bedding and food bowls. Dogs must not be left in the property unattended and are not allowed on the furniture or in the bedrooms. Please see Clause 6 of the Booking Conditions.

Please note, for guests who suffer with feather allergies we strongly suggest that you bring your own duvets & pillows as we cannot guarantee that polyester bedding is provided.

We strongly suggest that you consider taking out Holiday Travel/Cancellation Insurance, as this is not included in your booking and you will not be covered should you have to cancel your holiday.
