Watch House is a modern, comfortable apartment sleeping 4 to 6 guests and situated close to the slipway at Caffa Mill. The accommodation is on two levels, with the open living area, of kitchen, dining and sitting room, on the top floor, offering guests views of the estuary. The three bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite and the family bathroom are on the lower level. Parking for a small car is also available at the property.

A flight of external stairs to the rear of the property, lead up to the front door. This opens into the main open plan living area with a striking feature window with Juliet balcony overlooking Caffa Mill and the river beyond. The vaulted ceiling has attractive exposed beams, giving this area a light and airy feel. The kitchen is well equipped with fridge, electric hob and oven, microwave, washer/drier and a half sized dishwasher. The kitchen/dining area has a breakfast bar as well as an extending dining table seating up to 6 guests, whilst the lounge has a leather sofa with matching swivel/reclining easy chair and footstool and a large flat screen TV with DVD player. There is also a cloakroom/WC on this level.

Stairs lead down to all the bedrooms and family bathroom. Bedroom 1 has double bed with bedroom furniture, TV & DVD player and en-suite shower room with underfloor heating as well as heated towel rail. Bedroom 2 has twin beds with bedroom furniture, TV and DVD player. The modern family bathroom is fully tiled with Jacuzzi bath, WC and washbasin and has under floor heating as well as heated towel rail.

There is a further bedroom, Bedroom 3 which has full size bunk beds and, if required is at an additional charge of £65 per week.

There is a parking space which is suitable for a small family car. ( this is located at the other side of the building).
