From the graveled drive at the house, steps lead up to the front garden which is partly laid to lawn and partly patio with garden table and chairs. Large folding doors lead into the open plan main living area which has been tastefully furnished and includes a large wall mounted, flat screen, Freeview TV. The dining area has glass dining table seating up to 6 people with a step up to a further living ‘snug’ area furnished with comfy chairs, log burner, wall mounted flat screen Freeview TV, Blu Ray/DVD player and a selection of books for quiet afternoons in. A door from here leads into a small porch way and stable door out to the side of the house.

The modern, fitted kitchen is off the living area and is light, spacious and has been well equipped with granite work tops, 5 ring ceramic hob, Nef double electric oven, large American style fridge freezer with ice and drinks dispenser, ample cupboard and drawer space and has a good selection of crockery, cutlery, glassware and cooking utensils.

From the dining end of the living area, stairs lead up to Bedroom 1 a spacious room with King size bed, double windows to the front of the house with glimpses of the river and a further window to the side. The room has chest of drawers with hanging space, dressing table, bedside tables and flat screen TV. There is an en-suite wet room with WC, wash basin and large heated towel rail.

Bedroom 2 & 3 are accessed from the Snug and up the spiral staircase which was part of the original building. Bedroom 2 is another spacious room with King size bed, bedside tables, flat screen TV and access into the en-suite bathroom with bath, shower over, WC, wash basin and large heated towel rail. Across the hall is Bedroom 3 with double bed, chest of drawers with hanging space, flat screen TV and en-suite wet room with shower, WC, wash basin and large heated towel rail.

Due to the open plan stairs and unfenced garden this property is not suitable for very young children. Children over 8 years and small babies are welcome.
