with double bed and bedroom furniture. Bedroom 3
is a small room with two single beds (suitable for a children) and bedroom furniture. Also on this floor is the large bathroom
with bath, shower, washbasin and WC.
A further flight of stairs lead up to the open plan living room
with attractive exposed beamed ceiling and is comfortably furnished with three large sofas, TV, DVD and CD player. The modern kitchen
is well equipped and includes a gas hob, electric oven, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Set above the living room and accessed by a small flight of stairs is the galleried dining room
with double doors leading into the enchanting garden
, providing two patios, substantial lawned areas, garden furniture, BBQ and delightful views over the harbour.
One dog is permitted at this property by prior arrangement only and at a cost of £30 per week. Guests must bring their pets bedding and food bowls. Dogs must not be left in the property unattended and are not allowed on the furniture or in the bedrooms. Please see Clause 6 of the Booking Conditions.
We strongly suggest that you consider taking out Holiday Travel/Cancellation Insurance, as this is not included in your booking and you will not be covered should you have to cancel your holiday.
