The extra bonus being the all important parking spaces for two family cars. ‘No4’ is accessed up a narrow lane and is approximately a minute’s walk from the town centre and a 15 minute stroll to the beach at Readymoney cove.
The front door leads into an entrance lobby opening to the hallway, a utility cupboard (housing the washer/dryer) and stairs leading to the upper floors. On the Ground Floor is the light, spacious, open plan Sitting Room
which has large bay windows with window seat and river views. The room is comfortably furnished and includes two, 3 seater sofas, flat screen TV with DVD player, ‘Roberts’ radio and ‘Living Flame’ gas log effect open fire. The Dining area
has a large dining table and seating for up to 8 people. The modern, stylish Kitchen
is well equipped with breakfast bar, all granite work surfaces and includes a 5 ring gas range cooker with double oven and separate grill, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and has a large selection of crockery, cutlery and cookware. A small rear lobby for hat and coats opening to a downstairs cloakroom.There is a washer/dryer situated in the utility cupboard under the stairs.
On the first floor is Bedroom 1
which has twin beds with wardrobe and bedside table. Along the landing is the modern Family Bathroom
with bath, shower over, WC and wash basin. Bedroom 2
has a Super King bed, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, bay windows with window seat, additional window and lovely river views. The ensuite shower room has a walk-in shower, WC and wash basin.
A further flight of stairs lead up to the top floor and Bedroom 3
with King size bed, built in wardrobe, bedside tables and triple aspect window and window seat/day bed, again with those lovely river views. This room also has an ensuite shower room with WC and wash basin.
To the front of the property is a private, paved garden
with garden furniture as well as a decked area perfect for dining out or simply enjoying those fabulous views across the town, river and out to sea Next to the garden are 2 private parking spaces for guests use.
One well behaved dog is accepted by prior arrangement only and at a cost of £30 pw. Please see Clause 6 of the Booking Conditions.
