Ferryman's Cottage is a large victorian property offering spacious accommodation for a family gathering or group of friends, with wonderful views and balcony overlooking the estuary and only a short walk into the centre of Fowey.

Ferryman's Cottage offers family accommodation with wonderful views. The ground floor consists of a comfortable sitting room with open decorative fireplace with coal effect gas fire, Sky TV, DVD and CD player. There are lovely views across the river particularly from the balcony. There is a study/office with TV, phone and fax and a shower room/wc. Complimentary internet access is available via WiFi.

On the lower ground floor you enter the Cornish slate built cellars of the former 'Sailors' Return' an eighteenth century pub, but now delightfully converted. The dining room, with beamed ceiling, leads onto the terrace with charcoal barbecue and excellent river views. The kitchen has low beams - beware tall cooks! - and has a range of fitted units, gas cooker, washer/drier, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and microwave.

On the first floor are two double bedrooms, one of which has a bay window with lovely views, a bathroom/wc with shower over the bath. The second floor has two further bedrooms, one with river views and double bed; the other has a single bed and full sized bunk beds. All the bedrooms have vanity units. Linen and towels are provided.

One dog is acceptable by prior arrangement with the owner and at a cost of £30 per week.

Parking is available a short distance away at Caffa Mill car park and a weekly ticket can be obtained in advance from the local council or on the day at the local Tourist information Centre.
