From the road, wooden stairs lead up to the front door and into a spacious hallway with stairs up to the sitting room, down to 2 bedrooms and to Bedroom 1 which has a double bed and built-in wardrobe. Down a half flight of stairs is Bedroom 2 with a king size bed, built in wardrobe, ample storage space and DVD player and Smart TV which have internet capability and Netflix. French doors lead out onto the balcony with lovely views over the town to the estuary. Also on this floor is the family bathroom with bath, shower over, washbasin, WC and heated towel rail. Down a further half flight of stairs leads to Bedroom 3 with en-suite shower room with full size shower cubicle, washbasin, WC and heated towel rail. This large room has twin beds, Smart TV and also has French doors leading onto a large patio looking over the town and river.
The sitting room is situated on the second floor and is tastefully furnished with comfortable sofas, occasional tables and is equipped with widescreen Sony Smart TV, DVD player, Video, Playstation and stereo system. A large selection of DVD's, Videos and computer games are provided. Double French doors open on to the balcony with panoramic views over the town, Place, the river and over to Polruan.
On the top floor is a spacious kitchen/dining room. Equipped to a high standard the kitchen provides two built in fridges, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, gas hob and electric oven, Radio/CD player, coffee maker, food processor, slow cooker and a large range of high quality crockery, cutlery and glassware. There is a freezer located in the garage.
There is an integral garage and patio furniture is provided for all the balconies in the summer months. There is a tumble dryer, cot, high chair and also a payphone at the property. The house is also equipped with complementary wireless and wired broadband internet access.
