is light and spacious and is well furnished with full size twin beds, there is a third pull out bed if required. There are views from the large bay window over the town and river. Bedroom 1
to the rear of the property is also spacious and is furnished with a 6' super king bed, large chest of drawers, built in wardrobe and feature Victorian fireplace. The modern en-suite
shower room has shower, WC, wash basin, storage cupboards and heated towel rail and also houses the washing machine and tumble dryer with back door leading to a small outside courtyard
Stairs from the hall lead up to the large, light open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen with views over the town and river. The dining room
area is smartly furnished with large matching dining table and chairs, dresser and sideboard as well as a highchair. The sitting room
is also tastefully furnished with 2 large sofas, window seat with lovely views over to Pont Pill and feature cast iron Victorian fireplace. There is a large, flat screen Freeview TV with a Blue-ray DVD and a sound stand.The TV has internet access and a Netflix subscription. The open plan kitchen
with large breakfast bar/work top is modern and includes ‘Belfast' sink, dishwasher, fridge, electric induction hob and oven, microwave and is well equipped with a good selection of crockery, cutlery, cookware and utensils.
A further flight of stairs lead up to a second bathroom
with bath, shower over, WC and washbasin. On the top floor is Bedroom 3
which is spacious with a double bed, built in wardrobe and views across the town and down to the river. There is a small patio at the front
of the property with table and chairs, to sit and enjoy the view. One small dog
is allowed by prior arrangement only and at a cost of £30 per week. Guests must supply bedding for their pet as well as food & water bowls. Pets must not be allowed on the furniture or beds and must not be left in the property unattended. Please see Clause 6 of our Booking Conditions.
We strongly suggest that you consider taking out Holiday Travel/Cancellation Insurance, as this is not included in your booking and you will not be covered should you have to cancel your holiday.
