Whichway Cottage is a perfect example of a beautifully restored traditional Cornish Cottage. Set in the picturesque riverside village of Lerryn, Whichway is the much loved holiday home of its Worcestershire based owners who in 2009 carried out a painstaking programme of improvement and up-dating successfully creating a stylish and contemporary feel to this lovely old property. Less than a hundred yards from the thriving village shop, free house pub and river's edge, the cottage is ideally placed for those who like to dispense with motorised transport while staying in Cornwall. However, for those who do wish to venture further afield, cars can be left in the free public car park on the quay, just a stone's throw from the cottage. A nearby and very pretty garden with delightful views over the river and countryside provides a lovely place to sit and enjoy the peace and quiet of this very special part of south Cornwall.

From the road a stable door leads into an open plan living area complete with wooden beams and flooring, wood burning stove, two comfortable leather sofas, HD Freeview satellite TV with DVD, X Box games console, separate mini HiFi with iPod dock, broadband and telephone. The kitchen/dining area is well equipped with a range of fitted kitchen units with granite work tops and Belfast sink, Range Master cooker, retro style fridge/freezer and dishwasher, dining table and chairs.

Attractive open plan oak stairs lead to two bedrooms one with twin beds,which has river glimpses, and the other with a king size bed with matching oak furniture and a pleasant outlook. The shower room has a large shower cubicle, heated towel rail, cupboard housing electric central heating boiler, WC and hand basin.
