The property has parking for two cars, an outhouse for outdoor clothing and storage, bikes etc and is only a short walk to the local shop and pub. With access to many National Trust walks in all directions and only a 10 minute drive to the pretty town of Lostwithiel this property is an ideal base for families and couple alike.

From the side porch a door leads into a large cosy kitchen fitted with modern units in keeping with the cottage style. It is well equipped and includes a fan assisted electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, pine dining table and chairs and dresser. There is an extensive range of crockery and kitchen utensils. The washing machine and tumble dryer are situated in the outhouse. A step from the kitchen leads down into the comfortable sitting room with lovely views of the river. Comfortably furnished with two sofas, rocking chair, old charm dresser, nest of tables, television, video and Hi-Fi system. This room has the added benefit of a log burner. An open plan staircase leads up to Bedroom 1 with full size bunk bends, pine wardrobe and very nice views of the river. Bedroom 2 has a double bed, pine bedroom furniture and also lovely river views. Bedroom 3 has double pine bed, bedroom furniture, television and view of the river. The bathroom has bath with shower over, washbasin, heated towel rail and WC.

One dog is welcome by prior arrangement only and at a cost of £20 per pet, per week.
