From the outside a flight of stairs lead to a 50ft balcony which provides a unique sunbathing area facing due south and affording longer hours of sunshine, also a marvellous vantage point from which to view the activities of the harbour. Patio table, chairs and two sun loungers are provided. A door into the entrance area, leads to the spacious sitting room tastefully furnished with two comfortable sofas, gas coal effect fire, TV, video, music system and benefits from large south facing windows with views of the harbour and open sea. The sitting room leads to a charming Grade II Listed dining room, with exposed 15th century roof timbers, natural stonewall, and views over the river. Further along the hall is the newly equipped modern kitchen with breakfast table and chairs, built in gas hob and electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and food processor. Also from the hall is a large bathroom with wall mirrors and high quality fittings that include, two pedestal hand basins, bath with hand shower attachment, low level WC, separate and fully tiled shower cubicle with power shower, shaver points and heated towel rail.
Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, built in wardrobe, bedside tables, dressing table and view over the quay and harbour. Bedroom 2 has twin beds, bedside table, small built in wardrobe, dressing table and views over the town quay. Apart from the tiled kitchen floor, the apartment is carpeted throughout, and is centrally heated, making it perfect for out of season holidays.
One, well behaved dog is acceptable by prior arrangement only at a cost of £20 per week. Dogs are not be allowed on the furniture or to be left on the premises unattended.
