Walkers Cottage is a delightful 2 bedroom, stone built traditional Cornish cottage situated only a few minutes walk from the town centre, harbour and quay. The cottage is centrally heated throughout and offers comfortable, good quality accommodation at an affordable price.

Entering the cottage from the front into a small hall, a door leads into the coSY, tastefully decorated and furnished sitting room with two two-seater sofas, window seat, gas coal effect fire, flat screen HD TV, DVD player and stereo radio with CD player. Back through the hall is a light airy kitchen with bay window, dining table and chairs, electric cooker, microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen is well equipped and has a utility room with washing machine/tumble dryer.

A steep flight of narrow stairs leads to Bedroom 1 with double bed, bedside table (containing hairdryer), chest of drawers and wardrobe. Bedroom 2 has twin beds, bedside table, chest of drawers, wardrobe and TV. Along the landing is the shower room with modern corner shower unit with power shower, WC, wash hand basin and heated towel rail. One small, well-behaved dog is acceptable by prior arrangment only and at a cost of £20.00 per week.

The cottage has free WiFi broadband connection. Walkers Cottage is centrally heated throughout and therefore makes an ideal choice winter breaks. You may park outside briefly to unload and a long term car park is close by.
