Tywarnhale is a modern, 4 storey town house built on the site of the old Fowey Grammar School and is a very comfortable 3 bedroom property furnished to a high standard and offers delightful accommodation with fantastic town and river views as well as having the benefit of parking for 2 cars, one of which is garaged. On the top floor is the large modern kitchen/diner which has a good size dining table and ample seating for at least 8 people. The kitchen is very well equipped and includes a gas hob and double oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and has a good selection of crockery, cutlery and cookware.

Children are welcome at the property but must be supervised at all times particularly on the balconies.
