The front door leads into the generous sized open plan Living area which has been tastefully furnished to provide stylish, contemporary accommodation. This includes a comfy, two and three seater sofa, easy seat, flat screen TV with DVD player and Bose music player, iPod docking station and decorative Victorian feature fireplace. There is a glass topped dining table with seating for six people. A doorway leads through to the fully fitted kitchen with good quality units and includes an 8 burner gas cooker with double oven and grill, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, integral fridge and separate integral freezer. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with good quality crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, glassware and saucepans, a great culinary oasis! A number of steep, stone stairs lead down to the stable door which opens out onto the pathway leading to the delightful parish church of St Fimbarruss and onto the town. The first floor landing leads to all bedrooms and the family bathroom. Bedroom 1 is a large room with vintage style wrought iron double bed with matching bedroom furniture, attractive Victorian ornamental fireplace and has the benefit of glimpses of the harbour. Bedroom 2 has twin, white slatted wooden beds, bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers and attractive ornamental feature fireplace. Bedroom 3 has a light wood single bed and chest of drawers. The fully tiled family bathroom has bath, WC, washbasin, bidet and separate shower.
Children are most welcome, however, due to the steep steps leading down to the back door in the kitchen, children must be supervised at all times and care should be taken by any person in this area.
The Salt Store is centrally heated and carpeted throughout and is an ideal choice for families or couples for all year round holidays at a price that suits most pockets.
