Tarquins makes up the fourth apartment of the 'Square Rig' and is situated at river level. The flat is accessed from the main door at street level and has two flights of communal stairs down to the front door. Tarquins is tastefully equipped throughout, is on river level and has the added benefit of wireless broadband internet connection.

The front door opens into a small lobby and then into a light, spacious, open plan sitting/kitchen with full length sliding doors leading out on to a patio with delightful views of the river.  Outdoor furniture is provided for alfresco eating or just relaxing while watching life on the river. The sitting room is comfortably furnished and includes two large sofas, TV, DVD and CD/radio. The modern kitchen is well equipped with an electric hob and oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and has a good selection of quality crockery, cutlery and glassware. Down a few steps a hallway leads to a tiled bathroom, shower, WC, handbasin and heated towel rail. Further along the corridor is Bedroom 1 with twin beds and bedroom furniture and river views. Bedroom 2 (the Master Bedroom) has a double bed, bedroom furniture and French doors leading out onto a small decked patio area with lovely views of the river. This room also has the benefit of an ensuite bathroom with bath, shower, WC and wash basin.
 
A laundry room is located within the building, although access is gained from the main entrance on the road, and provides a washing machine and 2 tumble dryers which are provided free of charge. Should you feel like a little exercise there is a communal table tennis room ideal for the younger members of the family.

The laundry room, games room, use of the 'Square Rigglet' and boat house are shared by all four apartments at the Square Rig. All facilities in the boat house (which include canoes, windsurfers and the 'Square Riglett' can be used when available, when tides are appropriate and entirely at guests own risk. Children must be supervised in the boat house at all times.

Each flat has access to the water and free use of a boathouse for storage of wet gear, outboard motors and windsurfers, however, mooring for your own boat can be arranged with the Harbour Office. 

The property has the benefit of Central Heating making this an ideal choice for all year round holidays.
