Sunseekers is a beautiful, modern, 3 bedroom apartment situated on the Esplanade with stunning views of the river, Polruan and out to sea. The property is furnished to a very high standard and offers good quality accommodation, parking and a delightful balcony affording fabulous views. The sandy beach at Readymoney Cove is only a 5 minute walk away and the town, quays, shops, restaurants and pubs are approximately 10 minutes in the opposite direction. A flight of stone steps lead from the road up to the main front door and then internal stairs lead up to the front door to the apartment beyond which is a spacious hallway with doors to all rooms.

The large modern kitchen has been newly fitted and offers ample base and wall units, ceramic electric hob and oven, dishwasher, integral fridge and separate freezer, microwave and coffee maker. There is a good range of quality crockery, cutlery, glassware and kitchen utensils. Also in the kitchen is a utility area with further work tops and integral washer/dryer. A door leads into the large, light spacious lounge and dining area. This super room is well furnished with large dining table and seating up to 8, two large comfortable sofas, wide flat screen TV with Freesat, DVD player and CD/radio. There is an additional seating area with another two seater sofa and reading chair, this looks out over the balcony and beyond to the river, Polruan and out to sea. The balcony is furnished with teak patio table, matching chairs and sun shade. The views from here are truly breathtaking, a perfect place to sit and watch the world go by.

Bedroom 1 has ‘zip and link' twin beds, thus making a 6ft double if required. The room is tastefully furnished and includes matching wardrobe, chest of drawers bedside tables and bedside lamps. Bedroom 2 has a double bed, matching wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables and also has the benefit of a fully tiled en-suite shower room with WC, wash hand basin and heated towel rail. Bedroom 3 has a single bed with an additional pull out bed if required. There is a separate family bathroom, fully tiled with bath, shower over, WC, wash hand basin and heated towel rail.

WiFi is available and there is a telephone for incoming and local calls. 

Sunseekers is centrally heated throughout. It is fully carpeted except for the bathrooms and kitchen. Children are more than welcome, however, they must be supervised at all times when using the balcony.
