The Sail Loft is a delightful 2 bedroom property situated only a minute's walk into the centre of town. Church Walk, and, as the name suggests, is right next to St Fimbarrus Church and its grounds, although the apartment is tucked away from the main path that leads down to the shops, quays, restaurants and pubs. The property has just been completely modernised and refurbished to a very high standard and offers comfortable, quality accommodation.

Slate stairs lead up to the stable door an directly into the newly fitted, open plan kitchen. This has been thoughtfully designed with integrated dishwasher, washer/dryer, electric hob and oven, fridge with ice box and also includes a coffee maker, microwave and a good selection of crockery, cutlery, cookware and utensils. The light, open plan lounge/diner has been furnished with a two seater leather sofa as well as a large, single futon, flat screen TV with DVD player, with a selection of of DVD's and iPod docking station. There is also a dining table and seating for 4 people.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed with bedside tables and lamps, clock radio/CD player and bedroom furniture and has the benefit of an en-suite shower room with WC, heated towel rail and washbasin. Bedroom 2 has full size bunk-beds with bedroom furniture. Opposite is the family bathroom with bath, WC, heated towel rail and washbasin.

The apartment is centrally heated throughout, both bedrooms are newly carpeted and the kitchen and reception rooms have Maple wood flooring. All of the living and bedroom areas have dimmable lights. A travel cot and high chair are available.

There is a small gravelled area to the front of the property and patio table and chairs are provided. Guests should be aware that the stairs leading up to the front door are quite steep and children must be supervised in this area at all times.

One dog is permitted at this property by prior arrangement only and at a cost of £30 per week. Guests must bring their pets bedding and food bowls. Dogs must not be left in the property unattended and are not allowed on the furniture or in the bedrooms. Please see Clause 6 of the Booking Conditions.
