Situated in the heart of old Fowey, Rose Cottage is set above the road and is a pretty double fronted cottage with its own small patio/garden. Close to the harbour, quays, shops and restaurants this delightful cottage is tastefully furnished and offers a high standard of comfort, making it an ideal cottage for a romantic break.From the road, steps lead up to the pretty garden/patio and to the entrance to the cottage. The front door opens into a small hallway which leads through to the kitchen, lounge and the stairs up to the bedrooms. The spacious kitchen/dining room is fitted with modern wood units and well equipped with electric cooker with filter hood, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer. There is a good selection of crockery, cutlery, cookware and utensils as well as a pine dining table with matching chairs and seats 4 people comfortably.
The pretty sitting room is comfortably furnished and includes a sofa, armchairs, flat screen LCD TV with built in DVD player and also a separate video player.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has double bed, bedroom furniture and built in wardrobe and Bedroom 2 has twin beds, bedroom furniture and built in wardrobe. The bathroom has bath with shower over, washbasin, WC and radiator and there is an additional WC with washbasin on this floor.
One dog is permitted at this property by prior arrangement only and at a cost of £30 per week. Guests must bring their pets bedding and food bowls. Dogs must not be left in the property unattended and are not allowed on the furniture or in the bedrooms. Please see Clause 6 of the Booking Conditions.
Travel cot, highchair, changing mat, toddler bed guard and selection of toys are also available.
