Rookwood is a smart, two bedroom, first floor apartment situated only a 5 minute walk down into the main part of Fowey with its shops, quays, restaurants and pubs. The property offers good quality accommodation and has the enviable benefit of its own garaged parking space directly below the apartment.

From the main entrance, there are two short flights of stairs leading up to the 1st floor and to the front door of the flat. This opens into the hallway with doors leading to all rooms.
