Rookwood is a smart, two bedroom, first floor apartment situated only a 5 minute walk down into the main part of Fowey with its shops, quays, restaurants and pubs. The property offers good quality accommodation and has the enviable benefit of its own garaged parking space directly below the apartment.

The large Georgian style sash window gives pleasant views out over the pretty garden opposite.

One small, well behaved dog is allowed at a cost of £20 pw, by prior arrangement only. Dogs must not be allowed on any furniture, or in the bedrooms and must not be left in the property unattended. Please bring your own bedding for your pet.
