Riverview Cottage is a large traditional property situated in the centre of town giving easy access to the quays, shops, restaurants and pubs. This character cottage is on three floors, has a wealth of beams, wood floors and river views from most of the rooms. It is comfortably furnished and makes an ideal choice for larger parties or a family wishing to be in the heart of the town, close to all the amenities and the bustle of town life.

From the road the front door opens into a large sitting room, with open plan stairs leading to the bedrooms and door to the kitchen/diner and patio area. This room has two large sofas, dining table, dresser, TV with DVD player and a wealth of books for the guests to enjoy. There is a coal effect gas fire as well as efficient wall mounted electric heaters throughout.

The galley style kitchen has a large window giving super views over the river. It is well fitted with gas hob and oven, dishwasher and fridge and is equipped with a good selection of crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils. From here the back door gives access to an outside utility room which houses the washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer, storage space for wet suits etc and a WC.

The narrow veranda runs the width of the building, again giving lovely views of the river, and a nice spot to sit with a morning coffee. Folding chairs and a table are provided. On the first floor is Bedroom 1 with twin beds, bedside tables, chest of drawers and a window facing the river. Along the corridor is Bedroom 2 with double bed, bedside tables, wall to wall fitted wardrobes with ample storage space. This room also has the benefit of a river facing window. A further flight of stairs leads to the Master Bedroom. This room stretches the width of the cottage giving dual aspect windows and lovely views over the river. There is a double bed, bedside tables and bedroom furniture, as well as a very large walk in wardrobe with ample storage for suitcases etc. Across from this room is Bedroom 4 with a full size single bed, bedroom furniture and river facing window. Also on this floor is the bathroom with bath, shower over, WC, washbasin and convector heater.
