Set in a good position at the head of a quiet back lane which leads into the centre of Fowey, River Watch is a recently restored three storey two bedroom traditional cottage with delightful views across to the ancient church of St Fimbarrus and the medievil feudal fortified mansion, 'Place' to the river.  The cottage has the added advantage of a single garage as well as a sheltered courtyard garden.

The glazed front door leads straight into the kitchen/dining room with an attractive slate floor and good range of kitchen units with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, fridge/freezer and 'Everhot'  electric cast iron cooker.  (Mini Aga)
