The apartment has its own private entrance from the street which opens into a hallway leading upstairs to the 1st floor, the sitting room and the kitchen. The sitting room is neat and cosy and furnished with 2 comfy sofa's, 2 chairs, TV with freeview, DVD player, WiFi broadband, dining table and seating for 6 people. The newly fitted kitchen has been well equipped which includes a gas cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and a good selection of crockery, cutlery, cookware and utensils.

The apartment is carpeted and centrally heated throughout. The washing machine is housed in a cupboard on the top landing.
