This well proportioned 1920's house is in a splendid position overlooking the sea, entrance to Readymoney Cove, St. Catherine's Castle, Polruan and the river. Many of its original features are retained, giving the house its unique character. The front door opens to a porch and then into a large hall and from here a door leads to a light, spacious sitting room with a wood burning stove, ample comfortable seating, TV and video. The sitting room has wonderful sea and estuary views from both a bow window and French doors, which lead out onto a paved, terrace with a barbecue, large table, chairs and a three seater garden bench. Also off the hall is a large, light kitchen diner, which has equally good views. The kitchen is well equipped and has an electric cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. Off the hall is a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, wash hand basin and a cloakroom/WC. The stairs lead from the hall up to the three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has outstanding views, a double bed, wash hand basin, built in cupboard, bedroom furniture and a door onto the balcony with fabulous views of the river and sea. Bedroom 2 has twin beds, bedroom furniture and French doors to the balcony affording the same lovely sea views. Bedroom 3 is to the rear of the house and has twin beds, bedroom furniture and wash hand basin. The bathroom has a shower over the bath, wash hand basin, heated towel rail and shaver point. There is a separate WC.

The owner of the property, who lives in the annexe, has a cat called Kitsey who sometimes likes to visit our guests to say hello. Therefore, visitors with pet allergies will not find Point House suitable.
Due to the terraced garden, low walls and balcony, this property may not be suitable for toddlers, and all children must be supervised on the terrace as well as on the balconys.  There is a parking space for one small car only, and this is situated at the front of the house. Further parking is available at Readymoney Car Park.

Bed linen, towels & tea towels included.
Gas & electricity is included.
