Looking out over the river, this lovely three storey, 5 bedroom house makes an ideal holiday venue for either a large family or two families sharing. The house is only a minute into the centre of Fowey with its quays, shops and restaurants and only a short level walk from the Caffa Mill car park, for which a weekly parking ticket can be purchased.Entering the front door into a light hallway there are doors to the sitting room, kitchen, cloakroom with WC and stairs to the upper floors. The fitted kitchen is light, spacious and well equipped with gas hob, electric double oven, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, tumble dryer, dishwasher and microwave. An archway leads through to the sitting/dining room which is furnished to a with two large comfy sofas, an easy chair, two pouffes, television and video. The two big windows look out to the estuary with lovely views up and down the river.
From the hallway stairs lead up to the first floor and Bedroom 1 with full size twin beds, bedroom furniture and ensuite shower room with WC and washbasin. Along the corridor is Bedroom 2 with lovely views looking over the river and has double bed, bedside tables, bedroom furniture and ensuite shower room, WC and wash basin. Also on this floor is Bedroom 3 with double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and ensuite shower room with WC and washbasin. This room also benefits from lovely river views. Up to the third floor is Bedroom 4 with full size twin beds and chest of drawers. The Master Bedroom is the largest bedroom with beautiful views across the river. This light spacious room is comfortably furnished and has a double bed. Also on this floor is the bathroom shared between these two rooms, with bath, power shower over, WC and wash hand basin.
