Ollie's Lookout is a superior detached residence in a prime position with secure parking approximately a ten minute walk away. Set back off the Esplanade it is in an elevated position with good views of the river. Ideally situated only a short distance to the shops, quays and restaurants and in the opposite direction a delightful walk along the riverside to Readymoney Beach.

The property has been tastefully furnished and equipped throughout by the new owners who would like you to enjoy their home and to have a memorable holiday Fowey. This delightful property is approached through pretty terraced gardens leading to the patio and front door. To the right is the dining room with dining table and chairs, an attractive marble fireplace withflame effect gas fire, a hifi system and selection of board games are provided for your enjoyment. French doors lead out on to the patio with pleasant views of the garden, river and Esplanade. Further along the hall is the modern fitted kitchen, which has been thoughtfully planned and includes, ceramic halogen hob, electric double oven, freezer, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, food processor and has been well equipped with quality cookware and utensils. There is a large under stairs cupboard housing the washing machine and tumble dryer.

Also on the ground floor is Bedroom 1 with double bed, chest of drawers, built in wardrobe and combined TV and video. This room has the benefit of an ensuite shower room with power shower, washbasin and WC. Stairs lead from the hall up to the first floor and the lounge. This charming room is light and spacious with beautiful views of the river and is luxuriously furnished with two leather settees and arm chair, CD player, 28" wide screen television, video, DVD with a selection of 50 DVD's and video for your entertainment. Off the sitting room is Bedroom 2, again a large room with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and pretty views out onto the rear garden. It also has an ensuite bathroom with bath, power shower over, WC and washbasin.

From the sitting room steep stairs lead up to Bedroom 3, a large converted attic with full size twin beds, chest of drawers, TV, video CD player and large walk-in dressing room/wardrobe. There are lovely views of the river from the velux window. Please note, there is not a separate family bathroom.

Due to the fairly steep stone steps leading up to the main entrance and due to the steepness of the garden, this may not be suitable for small children or the elderly. Garden furniture and a barbeque are provided. Secure parking for two average size cars in a 30ft long tandem (max height 6ft) garage is a ten minute walk away.
