A further flight of stairs lead up to the top floor and Bedroom 3 which has antique pine twin beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers and pleasant views over the town and river. To the rear of the property is a small courtyard and a raised decked patio. The patio is accessed via a very steep flight of wooden stairs, however, once at the top there are excellent views of the town, the church, Place and the river. Garden furniture is provided. Due to the steepness of the stairs to this area, this property may not be suitable for very young children, the elderly or disabled and children of any age must be supervised in the garden at all times.
