‘The Mallards' is a comfortable and tastefully furnished family house located only a few minutes walk into the centre of town, shops, restaurants and quays.  The property is situated in an elevated position and gives good views of the town from the upper floors and makes an ideal choice for family holidays at an affordable price particularly as it also has the benefit of its own parking space a short distance from the house.

The front door opens into a tiled hallway with stairs leading to the upper floors and doors to the Sitting Room and Kitchen/Dining Room. The Sitting Room has been newly furnished with a leather sofa, chair and stool, TV and DVD player, stereo and has bay windows, window seat and decorative Victorian fire place. Double glass doors open into a good size Kitchen/Diner with ample storage space, dining table and matching chairs. The back door opens out to a flight stone stairs leading to a small decked patio area. The kitchen is well fitted with modern units and includes electric hob and oven, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, Belfast sink and is well equipped with a good range of cookware, crockery, cutlery and glassware.

From the hall the stairs lead up to the first floor and a family bathroom with bath, shower over, WC, wash basin and heated towel rail. Also on this floor is Bedroom 1 with double bed, bedroom furniture and wash hand basin. Bedroom 2 also has a double bed, bedroom furniture and wash hand basin. Bedroom 3 has full size bunk beds and chest of drawers. A steep narrow stair case leads to a large, bright attic room with good views over the town and river. This room is comfortably furnished with a large futon (for occasional use only), TV/DVD stereo and a good selection of books and games. This is an ideal place for use as a second sitting/reading/TV room.

The house is centrally heated throughout.
