Accommodation is on three floors and it is unique for the centre of Fowey, in having a substantial south facing garden of about a quarter of an acre accessed from the second floor from which there are splendid views across the harbour.

The main access is from Bull Hill into a corridor leading to a utility room with washing machine, freezer, shower and WC. There is a small yard to the rear with clothesline. Also on this floor is Bedroom 1 with twin beds, telephone, washbasin and bow window facing Bull Hill. Stairs lead up to Bedroom 2 with double bed and bedroom furniture and Bedroom 3 with single bed (and optional second single bed, suitable for a child) and bedroom furniture. Also on this floor is the bathroom with bath, shower, washbasin and WC.

A further flight of stairs lead up to the open plan living room with an attractive exposed beamed ceiling and is comfortably furnished with three large sofas, TV, DVD and CD player and attractive exposed beamed ceiling. The modern kitchen is well equipped and includes a gas hob, electric oven, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Set above the living room, accessed by a small flight of stairs is the galleried dining room with double doors leading into the enchanting garden, providing two patios, substantial lawned areas, garden furniture, BBQ and delightful views over the harbour.

One well-behaved dog is allowed by prior arrangement only and at an additional cost of £20 per week. Dogs are not to be left unattended at the property or allowed on the furniture.

The property is centrally heated throughout. There are two cordless telephones for guests use, for UK calls only. BT Broadband is installed.
