A flight of steps lead from the road up a pathway to the front door and porch way. From the hallway a door leads into a good size sitting/dining room with stone flagged floor. The sitting room is comfortably furnished with a three and two seater sofa, Flat screen TV, DVD player and CD player & radio and wood burning stove. The dining area has a large dining table and seating for up to eight people. From here leads through to a modern well equipped kitchen which has an Aga, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and is well equipped with good quality crockery, cutlery utensils and glassware. At the back of the kitchen is a utility room with washing machine. On the first floor is a modern bathroom with bath, power shower over, marble wash hand basin, WC and heated towel rail. Bedroom 1 has twin beds and bedroom furniture. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and bedroom furniture and a portable TV. Bedroom 3 has a single bed.
A steep flight of stairs lead up to the Master Bedroom. This is a spacious, light attic room with lovely views over the town and down to the river. It is comfortably furnished that includes a Queensize double bed, bedroom furniture, radio/CD player and has the benefit of an en suite WC and washbasin. The property is tastefully furnished throughout, has central heating and makes an ideal choice for out of season holidays.
One dog is accepted by prior arrangement and at a cost of £20 pw. Dogs are not permitted upstairs or on the furniture and should not be left in property unattended. Please bring your pets bedding with you.
Bed linen included. Towels not included.
Electricity and heating included however, there is a £25 surcharge for full central heating from 1 Oct-1 May.
