Little Hill is a delightful three storey terraced house in an elevated position above Lostwithiel Street, a three minute walk from the town centre. It offers good quality and charming accommodation at a very affordable price and is an ideal choice for families or makes spacious accommodation for two or more couples.

A flight of steps lead from the road up a pathway to the front door and porch. There is a small outside seating area by the front bay window. From the hallway a door leads into a good size sitting/dining room with stone flagged floor. The sitting room is comfortably furnished with three and two seater sofas, window seat, flat screen TV, DVD player, CD player and radio and wood burning stove. The dining area has a large extendable dining table and seating for up to eight people. From here leads through to a modern well equipped kitchen which has an Aga, fridge freezer, second drinks fridge, dishwasher, microwave and is well equipped with good quality crockery, cutlery, utensils and glassware. At the back of the kitchen is a utility room with washer/dryer. On the first floor is a modern bathroom, recently refitted with limestone flooring, under floor heating, bath, separate power shower, marble wash hand basin, WC and heated towel rail. Bedroom 1 has twin beds and bedroom furniture. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and bedroom furniture. Bedroom 3 has a single bed and bedroom furniture.

Further stairs lead up to the Master Bedroom. This is a spacious, light, top floor room with lovely views over the town and down to the river. It is comfortably furnished with a Queen size bed, bedroom furniture, sofa, radio/CD player and has the benefit of an en suite WC and washbasin. The property is tastefully furnished and decorated throughout, has central heating and makes an ideal choice for both summer and out of season holidays.

One dog is permitted at this property by prior arrangement only and at a cost of £30 per week. Guests must bring their pets bedding and food bowls. Dogs must not be left in the property unattended and are not allowed on the furniture or in the bedrooms. Please see Clause 6 of the Booking Conditions.
