On entering the apartment there are a few steps up to a small lobby area with hanging space for coats etc.

The spacious sitting room looks out over the river, is well furnished and includes matching three seater sofa and two seater sofas, TV with DVD, iPod docking station, CD player and DAB radio. Full length patio doors open onto the pretty balcony with patio furniture and panoramic views across the river to Polruan and out to sea. The balcony is a lovely place for alfresco dining, your morning tea or just to enjoy the warm summer evenings with a glass of wine, watching the sun go down over the river.

To the rear of the sitting room is the smart dining area with dining table and matching chairs. The fitted kitchen is well equipped and includes a gas hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine and a good selection of cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and glassware. Along the hall leads to both bedrooms and the bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, built in bedroom furniture and has the benefit of an en-suite shower room with WC and wash basin. Bedroom 2 also has a double bed and fitted bedroom furniture. There is also a separate bathroom which has bath, WC and washbasin.

This property is not suitable for children under 10yrs. Please note that there is a flight of stairs leading around to the main entrance and then a further two flights of internal stairs that lead up to the front door.
