Jasmine Cottage is a traditional Cornish 2 bedroom cottage, situated in the small hamlet of Newtown only one and a half miles from the centre of Fowey. This charming cottage is full of character with many delightful features including exposed timber beams, open fire and large conservatory backing onto a very pretty garden and patio.

From the small front garden the entrance lobby leads into the lounge/dining room, which is furnished with two large comfortable sofas, one being a two seater, the other, a three seater that converts to a double bed for occasional use. There is an attractive feature fireplace with working open fire, TV with Freeview, DVD, hi-fi system, beech dining table with six matching chairs. From the lounge, open tread stairs lead to the two bedrooms and bathroom.

Bedroom 1 is a good size room with pine double bed, bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Bedroom 2 is a small room furnished with full size pine bunk beds, and is ideal for children. From the landing, up a further two steps is a large bathroom with two built in wardrobes/cupboards as well as an airing cupboard. There is a power-shower over the bath, WC, large wash hand basin with a cupboard under.

Downstairs, the large bright fitted kitchen is well equipped to a high standard and includes electric hob and oven, fridge and microwave. (There is a freezer located in the utility room) From the kitchen a door leads to a sunny conservatory with French doors leading to the patio and garden.

Good quality garden furniture and space for a barbecue are nice features of this delightful, secluded garden. The conservatory leads to the utility room with and additional cloakroom/WC, washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer. The garden can also be accessed from here.

The garden at Jasmine Cottage is quite delightful, with a lawned area as well as a good sized patio with table and chairs and is ideal for alfresco dining.  The garden is quite secluded and totally secure for small children.

A hard standing parking space is provided for two cars only a few yards to the rear of the cottage. The first basket of coal/logs is included in the rent. There is a telephone for incoming and local calls only. Cot and stairgate available. Wifi broadband connection is available at this property.
