'Gwel an Porth' is situated on the Esplanade and is only a few minutes walk from the town centre, shops, restaurants and quays and a 15-minute walk to Readymoney Cove bathing beach. This smart double-fronted house provides stylish accommodation with a contemporary atmosphere and is an ideal choice for a small family or two couples sharing.The front door leads into the hallway with doors leading to both bedrooms, bathroom and stairs to the first floor. Bedroom 1 has a King-size bed, bedroom furniture and has the benefit of two large windows with a pleasant view of the river. Bedroom 2 has full size twin beds, bedroom furniture and a large west-facing window. The modern bathroom has bath with shower over, WC, washbasin and heated towel rail. Also housed on this floor is the washing machine.
The stairs lead up to the first floor and a light, spacious open-plan kitchen/diner and sitting room area with access to a balcony providing fine views over the river. The kitchen provides modern fitted units and includes electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and ample good quality kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery. Children are most welcome, however, children must be supervised on the balcony areas at all times.
