Granary Cottage is a delightful 2 bedroom cottage of a former Mill at Lawhyre which has been traditionally built of Cornish stone and slate and some of the building dates back to the 18th Century.  The property is set in over an acre of gardens as well as having its own private garden to the front and rear of the cottage.  The cummunal gardens also offer a separately equipped childrens play area, picnic benches and barbeques.  The sandy beach at Readymoney Cove is about a 10 minute walk along The Parade.

A path leads up through the garden to the front door and into the open plan sitting/dining room which has been comfortably furnished with a sofa, arm chair, flat screen TV with freeview, DVD & CD player and a door leading out to the private patio area with garden table and chairs. The dining area has dining table and seating for 4 people.   The modern kitchen is well equipped and includes a ceramic hob and fan assisted oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and washing machine.  There is a good selection of crockery, cutlery, cookware and utensils.

Upstairs are both bedrooms and the family bathroom.  Bedroom 1 has a double bed with fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables and lamps. Bedroom 2 has twin beds with bedside table and wardrobe.  The Bathroom has bath, shower over, WC and washbasin.

There is ample parking for all guests.  Children must be supervised in the play areas at all times.

Bed linen is included. Towels not included.
Electricity and heating is included although there is a surcharge of £20 for the CH from 1 Oct to 1 May.
