Fowey House is a delightful property situated on Fowey's Esplanade and is a very short distance to the shops, quays, harbour, pubs and restaurants. The sandy beach at Readymoney Cove is only a 15 minute stroll along the river. This large property offers good quality, stylish accommodation with some river views and is close to all amenities.

The utility area, (off the kitchen), houses the washing machine and tumble dryer and downstairs cloakroom with WC and wash hand basin. A stable door from the kitchen leads out into a small courtyard and steep stairs leading up to the garden area.

On the first floor is a large modern bathroom with roll-top bath, separate walk-in shower, WC, wash hand basin and heated towel rail. Also on this floor is Bedroom 1 a spacious room with King size bed, bedroom furniture, wash hand basin and some river views over the rooftops. Bedroom 2 has a double bed, bedroom furniture, wash hand basin and TV/video. Up a further flight of stairs to the top floor is Bedroom 3 which has a double bed, bedroom furniture, wash hand basin, TV/DVD and pleasant rooftop views of the estuary, Polruan and out to sea. Bedroom 4 has a single bed, bedroom furniture and wash hand basin. There is also a further cloakroom with WC and wash hand basin on this floor.

To the rear of the property and accessed via a steep flight of stone steps is a large patio area with garden furniture and BBQ. To the front of the property is a smaller patio area with seating and steep stone steps leading down through a terraced garden onto the road. This property may not be suitable for the very young, the elderly or infirm.
