This large room has twin beds, TV/Video and also has French doors leading onto a large patio looking over the town and river. The sitting room is situated on the second floor and is tastefully furnished with comfortable sofas, occasional tables and is equipped with widescreen Digital TV, DVD player, Video, Playstation and stereo system. A large selection of DVD's, Videos and computer games are provided. Double French doors open on to the balcony with panoramic views over the town, Place, the estuary and over to Polruan.
On the top floor is a very spacious kitchen/dining room. Equipped to an extremely high standard the kitchen provides two built in fridge/freezer units, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, gas hob and electric oven, Radio/CD player, coffee maker, food processor, slow cooker and a large range of high quality crockery, cutlery and glassware.
