Driftwood is a stylish, three storey house situated overlooking the town and river and provides spacious, good quality accommodation to ensure your holiday is a memorable one. Only a 5 minute walk into the centre of town, shops, restaurants and quays and a 10 to 15 minute stroll to the sandy cove at Readymoney Beach, this house is an ideal choice for a family or two couples sharing.

The front door leads into a smart hallway with doors leading to both ground floor bedrooms, en-suite shower room and stairs leading up to the sitting room, kitchen and further bedroom. The front Bedroom 1 is light and spacious and is well furnished with full size bunk beds as well as an additional full size single bed with a further pull out single. There is a chest of drawers, built in wardrobe and TV with DVD player. Bedroom 2 to the rear of the property is also spacious and is furnished with a 6' double bed, large chest of drawers, built in wardrobe and feature Victorian fireplace. The modern en-suite shower room has shower, WC, wash basin, storage cupboards and heated towel rail and also houses the washing machine with back door leading to a small outside courtyard.

Stairs from the hall lead up to the large, light open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen. The dining room area is smartly furnished with large matching dining table and chairs, dresser and sideboard as well as a highchair. The sitting room is also tastefully furnished with 2 large sofas, window seat with lovely views over the town, church and river and feature cast iron Victorian fireplace. There is a large, flat screen Freeview TV with DVD player. The open plan kitchen with large breakfast bar/work top is modern and includes ‘Belfast' sink, dishwasher, fridge, electric hob and oven, microwave, washer/dryer and is well equipped with a good selection of crockery, cutlery, cookware and utensils.
