The Dolphins apartment is set on the first floor, in a prime position on the popular Esplanade. It overlooks the river and has stunning views of the Estuary, Polruan and out to sea and has been awarded '5 Stars' from the English Tourist Board. Readymoney Beach is only a short walk away in one direction and it is an approximately 10 minute walk to the town centre, shops, quays, pubs and restaurants. Not only does The Dolphins boast fantastic views and an excellent standard of accommodation, it also has the enviable benefit of a private parking space opposite.

The apartment is accessed up a flight of stone stairs leading to the main entrance/lobby area. An internal staircase leads up to the front door and opens into the hallway leading to all rooms. The very large, light, open plan sitting/dining room is tastefully furnished and includes a white marble fire place, comfortable three piece suite, flat screen TV with the basic sky package, with home cinema system and DVD player. The dining table and chairs are set by the patio doors affording superb, breath taking views of the river. The balcony is a fantastic place to sit on warm sunny days, balmy evenings with friends and a glass of wine or with your morning tea watching the river coming to life.
