Cobbs Well is a traditional, stone-built 3 bedroom cottage only a short distance from the town centre, shops, quays and restaurants and pubs.  The cottage has an enclosed garden, comfortable accomodation and offers excellent value for money.

The front door leads into the cosy, open plan sitting room furnished with 2 two seater sofas, comfy chair, wide screen TV and DVD player. The dining area has dining table and seating for five. The galley kitchen is fitted with modern units, is well equipped and includes an Aga (for winter use only) an additional electric cooker, microwave and fridge. From the kitchen a back door leads out into the pretty cottage garden with a paved patio area and pleasant views of the church and down to the river. There is a utility room situated in the garden with washing machine, chest freezer and also has the benefit of a WC.

From the sitting room, stairs lead up to a large landing with doors leading to all the bedrooms and the bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a single bed, built in wardrobes and views over the garden. Bedroom 2 is a pretty room with double bed and bedroom furniture. Bedroom 3 has twin beds and also looks over the garden. The bathroom has bath with a new 'mira' shower over, WC and wash basin.

One small dog may be permitted at this property, at the owners discretion at a cost of £30 per week. Guests must bring their pets bedding and food bowls. Dogs must not be left in the property unattended and are not allowed on the furniture or in the bedroom. Please see Clause 6 of the Booking Conditions.
