The apartment is situated on the second floor and once inside the accommodation is all on one level. The front door opens into a very spacious, light open-plan sitting room, dining and kitchen with 3 windows overlooking the river and giving lovely views of the Estuary and out to sea.
The sitting room is comfortably furnished with two 2 seater sofas, flat screen TV with DVD and video player. There is an ornamental Victorian fireplace and three large cushioned window seats affording fabulous un-interrupted views of the river. There is a dining table with matching chairs as well as a breakfast bar with two stools. The galley style kitchen is equipped with electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine and has ample crockery, cutlery and cookware.
