The front door opens into a small lobby and then to a generous sized pine-panelled sitting/dining room with wide views of the church and river beyond. This room is furnished with two comfortable sofas, pine dining table and chairs, fitted pine cupboards, flat-screen TV with Freeview and DVD player and has the benefit of an attractive electric open coal effect fire.
The compact modern kitchen is well equipped with gas cooker, fridge, and microwave. From here the back door opens onto a large patio area with a utility room/wet room, washing machine, dryer and fridge-freezer, plus WC. From the kitchen the back door leads to a new decked patio with garden table and chairs and has lovely views out over the river and church - all surrounded by decorative safety railings.
From the sitting room open-plan stairs lead up to three bedrooms. On the first floor is Bedroom 1 with twin beds, wardrobe, and chest of drawers. Bedroom 2 has full-size bunk beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers; also on this floor is a modern bathroom with bath, separate shower, WC and hand-basin. The top floor is Bedroom 3 with double bed, bedroom furniture and vanity unit.
All the rooms are bright and have good views, and the cottage is centrally heated making it ideal for winter breaks. A travel cot is available if required. (Linen not provided).
